Hailing from Port Moody - one of the Tri-Cities - Kent Johnson was drafted last night in the 2021 NHL draft.

Johnson, a star center for the highly ranked Michigan Wolverines, was the fourth - repeat fourth - Wolverine drafted in the top five. He was expected to go to the Vancouver Canucks (before they traded the pick) had he dropped to 9th overall. Alas, his skill was not overlooked.

Known for his electrifying skills and abilities, Johnson has gone viral due to his creativity on the ice.
